This link will allow access to the Secure Portal System, which allows access to internal resources for those that have access.
During an initial connection to the secure portal system on a computer, the system will prompt you to make various adjusments and installations
on your local computer to setup the proected environment. Accept the Whale communications & Microsoft prompts after reading the dialog screens
thoroughly. Upon subsequent returns to the secure portal system from the same computer the number of adjustments will decrease.
